In first time, Gnus' nnimap is slow by like as 'initial sync of 40
groups -- Gmail including linux-kernel@vger.kernel.org'. Next time is
fast. In my case Gnus does act as 'initial sync of 1 group' every
time. But i don't care. I could wait about 15 seconds. So i don't use
external program such as offlineimap, isync, etc.
Let's use nnimap, it is best solution!!!
