ANNOUNCE: nndb 0.7

nndb 0.7 is in <URL:ftp://ftp.fuentez.com/pub/nndb.tar.gz>.  It
includes Kai Grossjohann's first cut at a ding back-end, Ulrich
Pfeifer's indexing code, as well as a host of new other features,
bugs, and bug fixes.

If you make changes, please send patches to ChangeLog, as well.  If
you add new commands, please add them in alphabetical order.  

Dave Blacka and I are going to do a clean-up over the weekend, so it
should be a little easier to maintain.

		  (do_COPY):   use new_msgid()
		  (do_LIST): add overview.fmt support
		  (write_article): use new_msgid(), so articles with no
			  message-id's get them.  log each delivery.

		(maybe_post): Get rid of "From " line.
		(dispatch):   remove gratuitous print, when not in verbose

		              Generate a new message-id for the new
	 		      message.
		(do_MOVE):    Return the new article number.
		(do_HEAD):    remove gratuitous print, when not in verbose
		              mode.
 	        (do_ACCEPT):  Add it.
		(do_HELP):    Add it.

	* nndel.c (main): fprintf cores when maildir not set.

	* nndb.in (maybe_post): only process the first match, unless the
		  'c' flag is specified.
		  (init_globals): Add COPY, DELETE, and MOVE
		  (do_GROUP): ensure total is non-negative
		  (do_LIST): default first and last to zero.

	* Makefile.in: Added TODO and ChangeLog.  Added copyright notice.
