If you don't mind I'm going to postpone looking at it, for a time, while I rebundle things, because it seems we all agree that much of http.c should be shared and reused for this purpose, otherwise we're going to be reinventing too much. After that is done I'll dive in to your zip file and maybe we, together, can find the right http routines to call instead of curl directly, to take advantage of all that machinery we have developed. Meantime there are still plenty of small bugs to fix in the existing js and cookies and so on.
