Subject: [Edbrowse-dev] patch from someone who isn't subscribed

I just got the following patch from Paul Gevers, who isn't subscribed to
this list. I have the mailing list software set up to drop messages
from non-subscribers and then forward them to me. That has been pretty
reasonable so far, but I probably need to change it so that mail from
non-subscribers gets put in a moderation queue instead.
Anyway, this patch has been applied. Thanks, Paul!
