Yes it still does. Hopefully it always will, but its glory days are
over, thanks to a combination of factors, including spammers and former
attorney general Andrew Quomo of New York.
In fact, you can read this mailing list with a newsreader. It's on a
server called gmane.org, which aggregates lots of open-source
development lists like this one. Just point your client at
news.gmane.org and visit the group gmane.comp.web.edbrowse.devel.
As I say, that server isn't linked into Usenet proper. Think of it as a
disconnected node.
