Tbh I think that was only there because of the freenode channel naming policy and the fact that, at the time of registration, it was a little debatable how official it was as the project channel. Since then it's become that so that makes sense. Also, when I got some more time I was going to propose this move anyway due to what's happening at Freenode. Cheers, Adam.
