The School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering (SICE) at Indiana University
(IU) Bloomington invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in
quantum information to begin in Fall 2020. Duties will include research, teaching, and service.
Candidates with research interests in formal models of computation, algorithms, and information theory, preferably with connection to quantum computation, quantum simulation, or quantum information science, are encouraged to apply. This position is part of an initiative for significant growth in these areas through the IU Center for Quantum Information Science and Engineering, bringing together researchers from multiple disciplines.
