Hi, I have a small storage which I already updated to illumos as of May 2022 without any problem.
Recently I merged latest illumos to XStreamOS illumos gate, built and updated packages.
I already updated other systems to this recent update with no probelms.
This system goes to maintenance, I can just show you the screenshot of the console (I have no access to the IPMI on this).
I cannot understand what's wrong, if I enter root and password for maintenance the zpool is fine, zfs filesystems are correctly mounted, and they are read/write (I can create a file on /usr).
I cannot find any useful info nor in /var/adm/messages nor under the stated failed services log files.
What may be wrong? What are all those info messages about disks?
Thanks,
Gabriele

Just run:
/usr/sbin/svccfg delete svc:/system/metainit:default
Easiest before the update, but if you've updated already just run that
and reboot to clear it.
The metainit service hasn't actually existed for years, but SMF still has a
record of it, and it's injecting false dependencies.

Thanks! Worked great.
I still have all those "NOTICE: vdev_disk_open /dev/......: devid mismatch" and "update devid from..." at boot.
What do they mean? How can I get rid of them?
