I know what is the problem, is needed initialize gnus-demon-init
manually, I dont know why
manually, so I have this in my .emacs but doesnt work
(setq gnus-use-demon t)
(gnus-demon-init)
(gnus-compile)
if I initialize manually ( M-x gnus-demon-init RET ) all works OK.
