while fetching mails from pop3 server, they are all
deleted by default, namely no backup on server.
How can I make configuration to reserve the mails?

According to the Gnus documentation, there is a
pop3-leave-mail-on-server variable for this.

See the "Mail Source Specifiers" node in the manual.
