Well, if you save the message to a file and attach that, we can do
something.
I also need your settings - specifically the spam-* variables you may
have set, but your whole gnus.el if possible.
You can also try this:
M-x toggle-debug-on-error
open the message
hit 't' in the message buffer to show all the headers
M-: (spam-split)
If you get an error there, definitely forward it as well. It is very
likely to be an issue with the character set, but I get mail from
various character sets without any issues.
