You need to set the ham-process group parameter to something
sensible, and then it's sufficient to hit u on the message(s), I
believe. After exiting the group, they will be marked as ham and
then respooled.
Hm. Perhaps there are other ham-related parameters to set on the
spam group. Just hit `G c' on that group and see which parameters
appear useful.
