Here is an example:
Original text (iso-8859-1): Frække frølår
UTF8: Frække frølår
UTF7: Fr+AOY-kke fr+APg-l+AOU-r
For a hypothetical bad newsreader, the last is perhaps the easiest to
handle (only ascii-chars). For a human reader, I think utf8 is easier.
