I'm sorry, I don't use score files, I just read some of the source code, so my insights are limited. The slowness, is it only happening for that 600 Bytes file? How do the contents of that file look like - can you share some of the contents so that we can maybe find a recipe (you can replace any private information of course)? Of course you can just use an advice if you just want to get rid of this problem. But maybe we can find out why the code is working that slowly. And...you are using a master built (from when)?
