No, I did not try, and I neither understand why 
("Subject"  ".*\\[Using Moodle:\\].*" "Moodle")

does not work. As far as I understand regexp (and I must admit I don't
understand them very much),
 ".*\\[Using Moodle:\\].*"
states match anything followed but Using Moodle followed by anything
