Arrow keys?  *trying*  Oh, the _arrow_ keys!  Nah, they are no good.

You can use SPC for scrolling a page.

TAB goes to the next link.  M-TAB goes to the previous link.  RET
follows the link (or C-m if you prefer that).

But that arrow key suggestion is good, I think.
