What's in the file?

`(setq debug-on-error t)', repeat the bug and post the resulting
backtrace.

I haven't seen this problem for a while now, I'll trace it next time I
encounter it.

work without any trouble previously. Here is the message:

Deleting the said flags file fixes the problem but that's only
