So, if I have understood you correctly, setting up my own server
capable of grokking overview.fmt means, in addition to configuring inn
(no simple task AFAICS from the docs), using another tool, e. g. suck,
between my ISP and inn. Correct?

Whew!! So many brain cells more devoted to IT.
