(message-mark-inserted-region BEG END &optional VERBATIM) Mark some region in the current article with enclosing tags. See `message-mark-insert-begin' and `message-mark-insert-end'. If VERBATIM, use slrn style verbatim marks ("#v+" and "#v-").
