My articles are not expiring grep expir ~/.emacs.d/lisp/* yields just /home/gottlieb/.emacs.d/lisp/custom-file.el: (((eq mark gnus-expirable-mark) /home/gottlieb/.emacs.d/lisp/custom-file.el: '(nnmail-expiry-wait 31) /home/gottlieb/.emacs.d/lisp/custom-file.el~: (((eq mark gnus-expirable-mark) /home/gottlieb/.emacs.d/lisp/custom-file.el~: '(nnmail-expiry-wait 31) So I should not see articles much more than 1 month old I have looked in the group parameters via gnus-group-customize for two problematic groups and see nothing that should have turned off expiry. The two groups are emacs (for the mailing list) MAIL (for my normal mail) Any hints? thanks, allan
