Correct. Gnus, Emacs and a few other open source apps have the very
best user support in the world. Right here. And once again 3 kudos to
the gurus who help us. We really appreciate it. :-)

Nevertheless, for those unfamiliar with Emacs and Gnus, the learning
curve can be quite steep if not nearly overwhelming. But the effort is
IMHO ultimately worthwhile.
