I have a Courier IMAP server on woody and the articles in my spam-folder expire regularly, according to my settings: (setq gnus-parameters '( ;; [...] ;; Spam-folder ------------------ ("^nnimap.*:INBOX\\.spam" (auto-expire . t) ;; delete after 14 days (expiry-wait . 14.0) ;; [...] ))) Regards, Marcus -- "anger thought so no thought touched inside crazy (disembodied guttural noise need not make sense)" ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 3+ messages in thread

I have a Courier IMAP server on woody and the articles in > my spam-folder expire regularly, according to my settings: Yeah, mine expire too, no problem, but the expiry mark isn't stored on the IMAP server. So articles marked expirable on one client only appear "seen" from another client. Do your expirable articles appear as such across clients? If so, I'd like to know more about you :-) What Courier version? Any particular configuration? I think Courier doesn't support that feature yet, although I've seen requests for it. Roland. -- Roland Mas Why did the tachyon cross the road?
