If you use BBDB, you could use mail aliases. (At least
in v2; not sure about v3.)
That is, you define a field 'mail-alias' for each
member of a group, with value <groupname>. Then, when
you write the message, put <groupname> into the
To-header. The groupname would [should ;-)] then expand
to the actual email addresses.
