Strange problem with dictionary

Strange problem with dictionary

Ciao a tutti,

I have this strange  problem with gnus: if I use emacs  in a X windws it
works correctly but if I use it  in the terminal or in a Xterminal (with
-nw option) when I try to choose a group I get always this message:

Undefined dictionary: italian

What can it be?

M-x toggle-debug-on-error and get more info.
