Subject: highlighting of broken cites

Hi,

I see a lot of broken citation prefixes: SC and various Fido soft set
them in a specific way, not honored by most of newsreaders, so often
the result is:

>> sc-made> bla-bla-bla
>> sc-made> and one line more
>> here is another level of quoting
>> and it's till here

Unfortunately, both cite levels above are highlighted as one. I
believe, I should customize gnus-cite-prefix-regexp, but for me the
default value of this variable says nothing. =((

Can anyone recommend good docs on regexps and/or help me with setting
this variable to make difference of two cite levels, as shown above?

Thanks in advance.
