Mozilla does the following Posted today-> 10:48 AM Posted before today-> 10/14/2002 10:22 PM Posted after today -> 10/17/2002 11:27 AM This is nice because the dates are small for recent messages, which are the majority of the messages I see. I'm using Gnus 5.09. I can handle emacs-lisp in small doses but I've never written a large chunk of emacs-lisp code. Michael
