"Could not post: more included text than original.."

I know pine used to be able to post .. so gnus must be lying to me :)
..

it *can* post if it really wanted to, but is just trying to make me a
good citizen, right? :)

is there a way i can disable this functionality? Don't get me wrong,
i am not trying to break usenet-laws :) .. 'tis just that sometimes,
all text is original, but gnus thinks that boxquoted regions are
'included texts'... and refuses to post :(
