Ah, yes.  `w3m-safe-url-regexp' is overridden by
`mm-w3m-safe-url-regexp', `mew-w3m-safe-url-regexp', or
`mime-w3m-safe-url-regexp'.  If `mm-w3m-safe-url-regexp' is
still "\\`cid:", you are safe. :)
