I'd like to setup some groups so, that articles in that group are
automatically expired after some specified time, i.e. 1 month,
regardless wether they have been read or not.
I haven't found anything in the manual to achieve this. Have I
overlooked something? Or can't that be done?

Look for "total expire"

Outlook has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

Ive had a look and read the manual and am having difficulty with this
too. I bought up group parameters (G c) and I cant edit the expiry
fields. Could you be a little more specific?

1. Set "Total expire" flag on in group parameters.
2. Set "Expire wait" to 31 day in group parameters.
3. Press "done"

Cant edit them. The group parameters (G c) are read only for some reason.

Do you use mouse? No Gnus 0.4 has some kind of bug: mouse doesn't
work in group parameter mode. Use keyboard.
I'm too busy to report the bug.
