They are regular variables, I think.  Hm.  nnimap-split-rule allows
you to specify different rules for different servers, but
nnimap-split-inbox appears to be a bit too global.  Hm.

I think it is a hidden secret that you can set put any normal variable
as a server variable, and it will usually work.  I used to set n-s-i
this way once.
