Subject: getting to ticked items when the group no longer exists
Date: Sat, 06 Mar 2010 06:14:10 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <m18wa6564t.fsf@capuchin.co.uk> (raw)

When the nntp server deletes a group in which i've ticked various
articles I can no longer read the articles I've saved - I get a 'no such
group' error. I know I can delve into ~/News/cache and copy them
elsewhere but is there a cleaner way of doing this within gnus?

[one of] My nntp servers is about to delete a [local] hierarchy and I'd
rather keep the cached articles where they are

Robert
