On my system, this value is:
"djpeg %s | ppmnorm | pnmscale -width 48 -height 48 | ppmquant %d |
pnmtopng"
make sure all of the programmes in the command are available in your
system.
Maybe you should install the Imagemagick package or search them by
Google.
