Subject: reset mailing list count
Date: Fri, 15 Nov 2002 11:34:39 -0600 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <m2isyywxcg.fsf@mother.paradise.lost> (raw)
I subscribe to python-list, a fairly heavily trafficed list. I
periodically respool or move my messages from that list into an
archive group, so that the summary buffer will load faster.
After the move I may have only a few nnml messages in the mail list
dir, but gnus still thinks that I have exceeded my
gnus-large-newsgroup limit and asks me if I want to read the messages
with a query like the following in the minibuffer
How many articles from nnml:mail-list.python-list (default 13749)
A minor annoyance. Is there to avoid this?
Thanks,
John Hunter
