Oort Gnus has this feature:

|      Deuglify broken Outlook (Express) articles and redisplay
|      (`gnus-article-outlook-deuglify-article').

It fixes bottom posting and badly wrapped lines.  It works amazingly
well, IMHO.

I think you could add the function to `gnus-part-display-hook'.
