Hi, all.
When I received mails encoded in cn-gb, I have to use
`c-u 0 g cn-gb' to set the coding system to cn-gb. Because
most of my mails is chinese ones, this task become very
bored to me.
I wonder whether I can let this automatically, for example,
writing some code in ~/.emacs.
