I want to use w3 to view links posted in news articles, so I set
browse-url-browser-function to browse-url-w3. It works fine outside
Gnus(for example when I want to display a html file I'm editing), but
inside it the following error message is displayed:

browse-url-w3: Variable binding depth exceeds max-specpdl-size

What's wrong?

`(setq debug-on-error t)', repeat the bug and post the resulting
backtrace.
