My poor attempt:
"A z will produce a list of zombie groups. Subscribe to the ones you
like (u) and kill the rest (S z). By repeating A z sometime later,
you can get a fresh list of unseen groups, which will not include
the previously killed groups."
IMO it's easier to write code than docs.
