Maybe something like this in you posting styles works [untested!]:
(condition-for-domain1
(from "me@domain1.com)
(bogus (progn (setq smtpmail-smtp-server "domain1.com") nil)))
(condition-for-domain2
(from "me@domain2.com")
(bogus (progn (setq smtpmail-smtp-server "domain1.com") nil)))
