Subject: UTF-8 posting

Is it possible to select encoding charmap on posting when you have
entered text that is outside the scope of normal ASCII or ISO 8859-X
charmaps?

Instead of the question "Illegible text found (delete, ignore ..." I
would just like Emacs to use UTF-8 and send it anyway.

Though I can't figure out how...

It works well when I follow up on a UTF-8 post, then the follow up is
also UTF-8 so there must be some way to make original posts also UTF-8
on sending.
