Subject: Setting UTF-7 for usenet posts
Date: 11 Jul 2005 17:23:32 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <m3wtnxpdsb.fsf-anfi.homeunix.net@njabl.org> (raw)
How to set up UTF-7 encoding for non ASCI posts?
[ Thanks in advance for the links ]
I am under impression than UTF-7 is better suited for usenet posts than
UTF-8. What is your opinion?
