In fact, I went looking for it the night I found that Oort had been released, so I figured that I wouldn't need it. But while I was digging around, I thought I saw a mention that w3 was old and crufty, lacking in features, and hadn't been updated since 1999. If I'm mistaken due to incomplete research, I'd appreciate a link to an approved, modern, useful w3.
