I've asked this very question on the mailing list and in spite of some
very good pointers from a couple of people, was not able to figure out
what was going wrong. So right now it doesn't work out of the box
with the #secure mml tag. However, you can craft the appropriate
multipart easily enough. Use C-m C s (instead of C-m c s) get the mml
for a part. Change the mml from part to multipart type=mixed. Put it
right below the "--text follows this line--" if it's not already there
