* How to send bounced mail?

I assume that the function 'send bounced mail' is designed
to protect you from SPAMs.

However, how to make it work for me? After I choose this 
option in the menu, I get the following prompt:

        message-send: No methods specified to send by

What methods should I specify? Thanks!
