Hi Folks,

As several of you know, I just upgraded to the development version of
gnus:

  gnus-version
  "No Gnus v0.7"

Now I'm finding that when I view the summary buffer for a newsgroup that
all of the messages from myself are listed with a "=> newsgroup_name" as the
author instead of my name. For example, here's what I'm seeing in my
summary buffer for this group:

I think this just changed since upgrading. I'd like to see my name
there like it was before. How do I do this?

I think you can just:

  (setq gnus-ignored-from-addresses nil)

(That will affect your email-folders as well, which may or may not be
what you want).

  Best regards,

    Adam

Yes...

Remove `Newsgroups' from `gnus-extra-headers'.

Maybe we should add this change to gnus-news.texi (GNUS-NEWS)? Or
change the default of `gnus-extra-headers' (which is ''(To Newsgroups))?

Opinions?

Bye, Reiner.
