There is some patch (to gnus/utf7.el, IIRC) from Dave Love providing
"utf-7" as an Emacs coding system.  With this patch you could add an
alias "unicode-1-1-utf-7" to "utf-7" in `mm-charset-synonym-alist'.

(Please post the URL if you have found this patch.  Maybe I have
already mentioned it in some previous postings, so a Google or Gmane
search including my name may help.)
