I'm learning about expiry and am having trouble getting it to work the way I'd
like for nnmh under Oort v0.07. My goal is that:

No mail article is ever expired except when I manually mark it with E and
explicitly run the expiry process with B e.

My relevant ~/.gnus settings are as follows:

; no auto expiry on exit of a group
  (remove-hook 'gnus-summary-prepare-exit-hook 'gnus-summary-expire-articles)

; read articles are not marked as expirable
  (remove-hook 'gnus-mark-article-hook
               'gnus-summary-mark-read-and-unread-as-read)
  (add-hook 'gnus-mark-article-hook 'gnus-summary-mark-unread-as-read)

Furthermore, my nnmh:inbox has the parameters:

  (expiry-wait . immediate) (expiry-target . "nnmh:spam")

Now, when I mark a couple of articles with E and then do B e, the articles all
become marked G but do not move to nnmh:spam.

Help!

Many thanks,
