My .nov files for a lot of my nnfolder groups seem to be wrong. For
example, for one particular group, I can see there are 6 messages in the
folder on disk. But the .nov file is totally empty. This manifests itself
amusingly: I type RET (or even C-u RET) to try and browse the group. Gnus
happily tells me "No unread news" and refuses to let me look at the
messages I know are there. Argh!
