Subject: Changing from header

Message-ID: <ygdznoydiaw.fsf@legolas.retis> (raw)

hi all,
i use gnus to read mail of three different accounts, but at the moment
my messages come all from the same address (this one).

i would like to:

[1] replying to a mail sent to some.address@some.where, make gnus use
some.address@some.where as From: header. this means not only
understanding to: and cc: headers, but also knowing how a message
    was obtained (mailing lists).

[2] when composing a message, have a menu to choose my address from.

how can i do this?

thanks
