No, right now, there is no mdocml.bsd.lv cvsweb.
Last time we discussed it, Kristaps considered the hassle
out of proportion with respect to the demand.  Of course,
that may change in time, or might not.

However, for some of the intended applications, yet probably
not all of them, this might help you:

  http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/usr.bin/mandoc/

Some patches are imported individually - mostly those i'm
contributing myself, and in phases when i manage to closely
track Kristaps' work, while sometimes, i just (test and) import
whole new versions.  But even then, annotate will tell you the
release a certain line was last touched.

In my book, that depends on the specific patches and the amount of
churn caused.  I don't feel like installing cstyle just to find out...
