           grep `jot -s "" -b . 80`
           grep `jot -s """" -b . 80`
%

The former is correct output by nroff -mandoc and the latter is incorrect
output by mandoc command.

>Fix:

Skip double qoute inside double quote like mandoc_getarg() does.
